A Geisha variety coffee from Finca Monte Verde in Herrera, Tolima, Colombia — a fourth-generation family farm. Processed using Blue Natural Fermentation, an experimental method combining 24-hour oxidation, anaerobic fermentation (72 hours total) with farm-native microorganisms and yeasts, and 20-day solar drying. Tasting notes include very floral, tropical fruit, tamarind, and dark berries. Scored 89 points (SCA), rated Excellent. Recommended for hand brew / filter preparation.
