This coffee is sourced from the Bunge Lungi Estate in the Gayo region of Indonesia. It is a P88 variety coffee processed using a 96-hour carbonic maceration method. The cup profile is complex and expressive, featuring notes of pink guava, bell fruit, tropical fruits, yellow watermelon, mango, cherry candy, and winey grape, with a sweet-sour character reminiscent of assam betik and a lingering bubblegum finish. It offers a creamy texture and balanced sweetness, with a rounded almond-like body. This coffee is roasted to a medium-light level to preserve its unique origin and process characteristics.

Sourcing follows a dual model: direct trade with producers to secure top lots and a sustainable partnership with Falcon Coffee Trader that prioritizes social and environmental impact. The lineup is organized into three collections, FANSI for omni roast, RUTIN for filter, and MANIS for espresso, each highlighting seasonal origins from Rwanda, Panama, Indonesia, and Brazil. Arkib also runs weekend public cupping sessions at its flagship, reinforcing its role as a community hub for specialty coffee education in Malaysia.
