A single origin coffee from Sumatra, Indonesia, grown at altitudes of 1000–1300 meters in mineral-rich volcanic soil. The Catimor and Timor Hybrid varieties are processed using the Wet Hulled (Giling Basah) method. Roasted to a medium level, it features tasting notes of chestnut, cacao, and peppermint. Freshly roasted in Hong Kong and certified free from yeast, mold, tin, lead, and pesticides by SGS.
