About This Coffee

This is a green/unroasted Indonesian Aged Mandheling coffee from the Siripok region, grown at 800–1,700 meters altitude. It features Catimor and Typica varieties and is processed using the Pulped Natural method. The recommended roast is Medium Dark. Flavor notes include cedar, soft tobacco, black tea, lingering spice, and toasted bread. The coffee has low acidity and a high, syrupy body. As a pour over it highlights woody and cedar notes; as an espresso it delivers creamy, toasty aromas with a black tea nuance.
