About This Coffee

This coffee is a washed Sidra variety from the Santa Monica farm in Armenia, Quindio, Colombia, grown at 1450-1500 meters altitude. It undergoes anaerobic fermentation for 40 hours, followed by pulping, washing, and sun drying. The cup profile features floral notes of magnolia, stone fruit flavors like dried apricot, vibrant lemon zest acidity, and a dessert-like sweetness reminiscent of iced lemon cake.
