
About This Coffee
This coffee is a single origin from Rwanda's Nyabihu District at 2000 to 2400 meters altitude, the highest-grown coffee region in the country. The Gesha variety is processed washed with traditional foot-stomping fermentation. It offers bright, elegant flavors with sweet notes including juicy orange, milk chocolate, and oolong, suited for filter brewing with a clean and structured cup profile.
