A natural Gesha coffee from Janson Family Farm in Panama's Chiriquí Highlands. Grown at 1600-1700 meters altitude on the Los Alpes farm bordering La Amistad International Park. This is a Green Tip Gesha variety processed using natural methods with 48-hour anaerobic fermentation. The cup features striking jasmine floral notes paired with ripe tropical fruits including peach, strawberry, mango, pineapple, guava, and melon. Additional notes of mandarin, bergamot, orange zest, dark chocolate, black tea, and lavender create a layered and expressive profile. The coffee has a juicy and syrupy body with high acidity and a clean finish. This competition-level coffee reflects Janson Coffee's reputation for award-winning Panamanian Gesha.
