Java Puncak Sirna

About This Coffee

Java Puncak Sirna comes from the Puncak Sirna mill in West Java's Cianjur District, cultivated by around 250 smallholder farmers at elevations between 1,400 and 1,700 meters. The coffee is primarily Ateng variety, processed using Anaerobic Honey method—a hybrid technique combining 5-day sealed fermentation followed by pulping that leaves a thin fruit layer to dry on the bean. Notes include dark chocolate, peaches and cream, rum cake, raisin, and cooked berries, with finishing notes of clove, allspice, vanilla, and plum sauce.

Inheritance Coffee Roasters

Inheritance Coffee Roasters is an artisanal micro roastery in Pensacola, Florida, roasting fresh weekly in small batches with an emphasis on quality over volume. The company partners with Sweet Maria's, a specialty green coffee importer, to source single origin beans that showcase distinct flavor profiles from each growing region. Inheritance operates a coffee cart that serves downtown Pensacola and travels to Mobile, Destin, and the 30A corridor, bringing its roasts directly to customers outside of a traditional café setting. The focus throughout is on transparent sourcing and precise roasting, letting the character of each lot come through without embellishment.
