This coffee is a Bourbon variety from Peru, specifically grown at La Colmena farm in the highlands outside Huamboya in the Lonya Grande region at 1900 meters altitude. It is a washed coffee with handpicked cherries fermented for up to 36 hours. The taste profile is juicy and silky with prominent notes of forest berries and cacao nibs.
