This coffee comes from the Lasso family farm, El Diviso, in Bruselas, Huila, Colombia. It is a Tabi varietal grown at 1750 meters altitude, harvested in 2025. The beans are washed processed, featuring a detailed fermentation method including 48 hours of open-air oxidative fermentation followed by dry fermentation in sealed containers. The coffee exhibits super sweet Tabi characteristics with dried fruit flavors on the front end and a soft stone fruit finish.
