This coffee is sourced from the San Agustín region in Huila, Colombia, at an altitude of 1750 meters. Produced by a cooperative of smallholder farmers, it features Caturra and Colombia varieties. The coffee undergoes an innovative co-fermented honey process, where it is fermented with kiwi, lulo, and lactobacillus cultures in bioreactors. This results in a vibrant and refined cup with flavor notes of lulo, kiwi, green apple, lime, hops, and cocoa beans.
