A washed AA-grade coffee from the Kirinyaga region of Kenya, produced by the New Ngariama Farmers Cooperative Society at 1740 MASL. The cooperative comprises 1,800 smallholders delivering cherries to the Kainamui Coffee Factory. Varieties include SL-28, SL-34, Ruiru-11, and Batian. Processing involves two stages of water-submerged fermentation, drawing character from the fertile volcanic soils of Mount Kenya. Tasting notes of blackberry, plum, and currants. Available in both Filter and Espresso roasts.
