A 100% Kona Pacamara (Coffea arabica) from the Kona region of Hawaii, processed by whole‑fruit maceration with carbonic maceration and yeast inoculation, then sun‑dried on raised beds. Medium‑light roast with vibrant notes of wild blackberry, mandarin marmalade, raspberry, maple candy, and kaffir lime; layered, bright, and complex.
