La Aurora is a single-origin coffee from the Villa Rica Biosphere Reserve in Peru, produced by farmer Olga Quintana. The coffee is a Caturra variety (Arabica), grown at 1,650 meters altitude in high-altitude conditions with constant humidity and nutrient-rich soils. Processed using the fully washed method, it offers a clean, fruit-forward profile with prominent blood orange notes, gentle acidity, and a harmonious character. Suitable for espresso, milk-based drinks, and filter brewing methods.
