About This Coffee

La Guacorera is a natural processed coffee from Finca La Guacorera, located in Las Flores, Santa Barbara, municipality of Lempira, western Honduras, at 1500 meters altitude. Produced by Richard Fernández Domínguez, the farm grows exclusively the Catuaí variety on 0.7 hectares. Cherries are selectively hand-picked and dried in a solar drier for approximately 15 days. The roast profile is Omni (filter-leaning), delivering intense stewed fruit sweetness with tasting notes of strawberry jam, dates, and tamarind, with a rich body and tartaric acidity.

Their roasting style is dedicated to showcasing the stories and distinct flavors of these origins.
