This organic-certified coffee is from Peru, produced by smallholder farmers in Colasay village. Named after the small village where it is produced, this coffee is grown at altitudes between 1800 and 2200 meters above sea level. It is a washed Bourbon variety that is round and sweet with notes of brown sugar, red apple, and stone fruit, supported by a refined and elegant acidity.
