This strictly high grown (SHG) coffee comes from the La Minita farm in Costa Rica's most famous growing area. The beans are grown at very high elevations on the mountain, where they mature slowly to deliver a sweeter and more complex taste. The farm is a pioneer in growing specialty grade coffee, using groundbreaking farming techniques that care for and enrich the soil. This consistently delivers extremely high-quality coffee ranked among the best in the world. The coffee features red fruit and floral notes with a full body. It is Rainforest Alliance certified.
