Plot Roasting

Plot Roasting is a specialty roastery in Woolwich, London, built around precision, transparency, and traceability. They can tell you exactly who grew each coffee, which farm it came from, and often the exact harvest day. The range is tiered by cup score: Competition Series lots scoring 90 and above, Microlots at 88 to 89, and Specialty at 80 to 87. Processing methods run from anaerobic fermentation and carbonic maceration to thermal shock. Long term producer relationships are central to the model, and the team spans expertise in agriculture, logistics, engineering, and roasting.
