This coffee is a Natural Geisha from Costa Rica, specifically from the Brunca region in Pérez Zeledón. It is produced by Senel and Alan Campos at La Toboba farm at altitudes between 1400-1700 meters. The Geisha variety is processed using the natural (dry) method. This lot comes from the older part of La Toboba farm. The Campos family has been independently operating their washing station since 2016, controlling the entire harvest and post-harvest process. The coffee is described as sweet, clean, and transparent with notes of toffee, soft nougat, and rose.
