About This Coffee

This coffee is a Red Bourbon variety from Finca Las Flores in the Huila region of Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1750 meters. Produced by Jhoan Vergara, it undergoes a complex processing method involving thermal shock, 60 hours of anaerobic fermentation, oxidation, and submerged anaerobic fermentation. The resulting cup offers a rich, creamy texture with sophisticated flavor notes of banana candy, forest fruits, baked fruits, jam, watermelon, and strawberry, reminiscent of cultured yogurt.
