The estate, founded in the 1920s, sits on rich volcanic soil with a cool, misty climate. Processed using the washed method, it offers refined clarity and a tea-like character. Tasting notes include Arabian Jasmine, Albion Strawberry, Honey Crisp Apple, Pomelo, and Whiskey Oak. Roasted light and recommended for filter brewing. Cup score: 93.75.
