This coffee is from Ethiopia Yirgacheffe region, produced by Gutiti washing station (a member of the YCFCU cooperative). It is made from local heirloom variety beans grown at 1,800-2,000 meters altitude, processed using the natural (sun-dried) method. The beans are roasted to a light-medium roast level. This coffee earned a Coffee Review score of 94 points, featuring mulberry, peach jam sweetness, and a sweet lingering aftertaste.
