This coffee is an Ethiopia Kaffa Gimbo Geisha Natural coffee from the legendary Kaffa region. The beans are sourced from Gimbo Village and processed at Bita Station, grown at 1,680 meters altitude. It is a Geisha variety (Arabica) processed using the natural (sun-drying) method and roasted light. The flavor profile features wild berries, tropical fruits like mango and passion fruit, and grape sweetness. The body is medium to full with juicy, bright acidity and a clean, persistent finish. This natural processed Geisha showcases a perfect combination of floral aromatics,饱满果汁感 (饱满果汁感 = full juice sensation), and rich sweetness.
