Impact Coffee

About This Coffee

A blend of 70% Organic Limmu Grade II Arabica (washed, Ethiopia) and 30% Robusta Canephora (washed). The Arabica component originates from the Djimmah Zone, specifically the Limmu Seka and Limmu Kossa regions in southwestern Ethiopia's highlands, grown at 1900–2000 m altitude in smallholder forest gardens without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Slow-ripened at altitude, the coffee develops floral and sweet aromas with notes of dark chocolate and caramel. Medium acidity, full body, with a clean and harmonious cup. Drum-roasted at low temperatures (up to ~205°C).
