A certified organic blend of Arabica and Robusta beans, sourced from three origins: Ethiopian Limu from smallholder farmers in the western highlands, Peruvian Arabica from the Oro Verde cooperative in the Lamas Province, and Indian Robusta from Karnataka and Kerala. Processed by washing and sun-drying. Roasted using a gentle drum roasting method (180–200°C, 16–22 minutes) in small batches. The blend delivers a strong, chocolatey cup with low bitterness, a stable crema, and notes of dark chocolate. Suitable for both coffee and espresso drinks from automatic machines.
