About This Coffee

This coffee is a Pink Bourbon variety produced by Linarco Rodriguez at Betania Farm in the Huila region of Colombia. Grown at an altitude of 2000 meters, this coffee undergoes an anaerobic washed process, involving a 32-hour fermentation in sealed tanks followed by slow drying on raised beds. The resulting cup features a very light roast profile with distinct flavor notes of blood orange, cherry, and tiramisu. It is suitable for both modern espresso and filter brewing methods.
