This coffee is a Single Origin espresso from the Los Tres Potros farm in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region of El Salvador at 1500 meters altitude. It uses SL28 variety processed by natural dry method, dried for about 14 days, producing fruity flavor notes of yellow plum, gooseberry, and cashew. It's a 100% Arabica coffee with a juicy mouthfeel, defined acidity, and clear body, ideal for espresso preparation.
