Luna is a blend of two lots from Ethiopia and Guatemala, made from 100% specialty Arabica beans and processed washed. The coffee emphasizes fresh fruit and higher acidity balanced by deep sweetness and an integrated structure, roasted to an espresso-style profile and intended for both espresso-based drinks and comfortable filter coffees.
