About This Coffee

This medium roast blend has a light, citrusy character with notes of vanilla. Named after the ancient Incan mountain citadel in Peru, this blend is driven by a high-grade Peruvian bean offering rich and syrupy dried fruit flavors with a light spiced finish. It includes a punchy Indonesian bean and a rich Honduras bean adding creamy sweetness. An Ethiopian bean provides complex acidity with juicy, fruity notes. Winner of a 1-star Great Taste Award in 2020.
