A single-origin coffee from Mae Suai, Chiang Rai province in northern Thailand, grown at 1250–1450 MASL by producer Nawin Yaesorkoo in partnership with Beanspire. The lot features a blend of Catuai, Typica, and Chiang Mai varieties processed using a Kenya-style Washed method, involving two-stage fermentation (dry then wet) followed by drying on raised bamboo beds for at least 14 days. Tasting notes include brown sugar, roasted nuts, and stone fruits.
