Rated SCA 86+, it is versatile across black and milk-based preparations, and suited to AeroPress, French Press, and Moka Pot brewing.

Rossette Coffee
Vansh and Aashrray founded Rossette Coffee in Delhi, combining hospitality experience with home brewing obsession. The roastery works across an unusually broad range of species: arabica, robusta, excelsa, and liberica, all scored above 80 on the SCA scale. Product lines include an Alcohol Series of spirit aged coffees, a Rarities line featuring fruit fermentations and carbonic maceration, and more conventional single origins and blends.
