Varieties include Typica and Bourbon, processed using the washed method. The 2025 crop offers a fruity, enzymatic fragrance with a chocolate base, and notes of cocoa, caramel, fruit, and light floral tones. Sweet with a creamy body and medium-low acidity. Roasted to a medium level (City+).
