About This Coffee

Monte Nevado is a farm in the Copán region of Honduras, owned by Herminio Perdomo, head of the CAFESCOR Coop, located in Belen Gualchio at 1800 meters above sea level. The production is organic certified, with 50% of the plantation shaded by native tree species. The coffee is a washed Arabica featuring varieties Caturra, Lempira, and Parainema. Roasted to a medium degree, it offers nutty notes alongside milk chocolate, yellow fruit, and cane sugar. Recommended for both espresso and filter brewing.
