Grown at Mooleh Manay Estate in Chikmagalur, India, at approximately 1000 MASL, this coffee undergoes a 60-hour yeast-inoculated carbonic maceration natural process focused on precise fermentation and clean flavour expression. Roasted light, the cup presents crisp apple acidity, gentle chamomile florals, green grape brightness and sweetness, and a subtle cherry cola character on the finish. Best enjoyed black on V60 or AeroPress.

Vansh and Aashrray founded Rossette Coffee in Delhi, combining hospitality experience with home brewing obsession. The roastery works across an unusually broad range of species: arabica, robusta, excelsa, and liberica, all scored above 80 on the SCA scale. Product lines include an Alcohol Series of spirit aged coffees, a Rarities line featuring fruit fermentations and carbonic maceration, and more conventional single origins and blends. Roasting runs on a German machine in small batches, and the company operates on a direct trade model with full profit returned to farmers.
