Mulugeta, White Honey

Mulugeta, White Honey

Dayglow

About This Coffee

This coffee is from Mulugeta Muntasha in Arbegona, Sidama, Ethiopia, grown at approximately 2,300 meters altitude. The extreme high-altitude environment produces beans with exceptional density and complex acidity. The coffee is processed using the white honey method, where cherries are depulped but a thin layer of sweet mucilage is retained, combining the purity of washed coffees with the full sweetness of naturals. The result is a floral, clean cup with refined honey-like sweetness and delicate, non-bland aroma.
