Natural process Azuay & Loja Community Lot

Standout Coffee

About This Coffee

This community lot is sourced from smallholder farmers in the Azuay and Loja regions of Ecuador, produced in collaboration with Juan Peña and the CafExporto team at Hacienda La Papaya. The coffee consists of Typica Mejorado, Sidra, and Bourbon varieties grown at high elevations. It is processed using the natural method, where cherries are dried whole to enhance depth and sweetness. The flavor profile is juicy and soft, featuring notes of ripe stone fruit, citrus, and tropical sweetness, complemented by a subtle floral lift and a round, smooth texture.
