Bourbon Sidra is a rare hybrid combining Bourbon's sweetness with Typica's elegance. The washed process emphasizes clarity, balance, and varietal purity. This coffee displays expressive floral notes with layered fruit character, featuring peach, cream, and jasmine flavor notes. Roasted extremely light.

Coffee is roasted on site, with a light roast philosophy designed to bring out big, distinctive flavours from boutique growers around the world.
