About This Coffee

This Rainforest Alliance certified coffee is from Finca Aurora in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, specifically from the Flor Y Nata microlot. Grown at altitudes between 1700-2000 meters, this coffee features Caturra and Catuai varieties processed using the washed method. The coffee is produced by the Ferrufino family, who acquired Finca Aurora in 2004 and work to provide fair wages, safe living conditions, and education to their workers. The espresso roast offers flavor notes of dark caramel, dried fruit, marmalade, and toffee apple.
