About This Coffee

A single-origin coffee from Los Placeres farm in Nicaragua, grown at 800–1,000 masl and produced by the Mierisch family. The Ethiosar variety is leaf rust resistant, has high yields, and thrives at low altitudes. Processed using an anaerobic natural method at low temperature, this coffee delivers sticky sweetness, complex acidity, and a big body, with notes of higher sweetness, clean acidity, and subtle booziness.
