Nicaragua Maragogype

Nicaragua Maragogype is an Arabica coffee from the Jinotega region, grown on volcanic soils. The Maragogype variety, also known as "elephant bean," is distinguished by its exceptionally large beans that exceed sieve size 20. This rigorously selected crop produces a cup with marked acidity, intense fruitiness, and soft intensity. Flavor notes include caramelized pears, nectarine, and lemon, resulting in a rich and balanced profile prized for its rarity and aromatic intensity.
