This natural-process coffee originates from Viento Del Espiritu Santo farm in the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua at 1200 meters elevation. The variety is Caturra. Cupping notes reveal bright, cherry-like acidity with hints of citrus and caramel. As the coffee cools, stone fruit notes emerge, followed by dark chocolate and mild woodiness on the finish.
