About This Coffee

A washed Arabica coffee from the Nueva Segovia region of Nicaragua, grown at 1,100–1,450 meters above sea level on volcanic, mineral-rich soils. The region encompasses approximately 21,817 hectares of coffee cultivation. Varieties include Catuai Amarillo, Catuai Rojo, and Caturra. The coffee offers aromas of caramelized nuts with a slight spiced touch, and a medium-to-high body with a balanced flavor profile and a clear walnut finish.
