Produced in collaboration with Joseph Brodsky, founder of Ninety Plus, this single-origin Geisha coffee comes from the Panama Baru region at an altitude of 1500–1700 meters. Processed using the natural method, this medium-roast coffee is known for its experimental processing approach. Tasting notes include jackfruit, passion fruit, and fig, with intense winey and tropical fruit characteristics. Freshly roasted in Hong Kong.
