The farm was established by his uncle Fernando Paiva in the 1940s. This Yellow Bourbon variety undergoes natural processing. The coffee offers an easy drinking experience with a creamy mouthfeel, well-balanced profile, and medium acidity. Flavor notes include dark chocolate, Brazil nut, and red apple.
