About This Coffee

A single-origin, hand-picked highland coffee from Finca Triunfo Verde in the Chiapas region of southern Mexico, specifically in the La Concordia district near the Guatemalan border. Grown at over 1,400 meters above sea level. The beans are 100% Arabica and processed using the wet (washed) method, resulting in a mild, fine aroma with a nutty-floral note. Certified organic (DE-ÖKO-013, Non EU-Agriculture). Winner of the Gold Medal of the Deutsche Röstergilde 2023.
