earlybird coffee is a Stuttgart-based roaster founded by Merlin Stellwag and Emanuel Vonarx with a simple motto: "Hello good life." Their mission is to prove that high-quality, organic coffee doesn't have to be complicated or expensive — it should be accessible to anyone who wants to upgrade their daily cup at home. All their coffees are roasted using the slow drum-roasting method at low temperatures (170–210°C) for 16 to 22 minutes, carefully dissolving harsh acids while preserving full aroma.
