This coffee originates from the Dimtu Wate processing station in the Hambela district, Western Guji highlands of Ethiopia, at 2150 meters altitude. It is sourced from approximately 600 smallholder farmers from the Buku Sayisa and Dimtu villages. The plantations are relatively young with coffee trees aged 10-20 years, and the processing station was established in 2019. The coffee features Wolisho and Kudhume varieties processed using natural/dry methods. This G1 grade arabica exhibits a tea-like texture with flavor notes of peach, pink flowers, lavender, and lemon zest, offering a syrupy, sweet floral, and fruity profile characteristic of the Guji terroir.
