This is a rare Geisha coffee from the Chevas Coffee Estate in El Salto, Boquete, Panama. Produced by Jose Luiz Chevas at 1,600-1,700 meters altitude, this coffee features the renowned Geisha variety processed using the Geisha Honey method with Cold Room Drying. The beans are noted for their exceptional sweetness and balanced acidity, roasted to a profile suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.

Six friends from different professional backgrounds founded Archers in 2018 in Sharjah, driven by a shared conviction that the UAE specialty coffee scene needed better education, access to quality green coffee, and higher sourcing standards. The company operates as both a green coffee trader and a roastery, sourcing from 13 origin countries with a strict minimum cup score of 85. Among the founding team are multiple licensed CQI Q Graders, including co founder and green buyer Frederick Bejo, and the facility holds dual certification as an SCA and CQI training campus. The roasting philosophy centers on minimal intervention, letting the terroir and processing speak rather than imposing a house style. David Disuanco, part of the Archers team, won the 2021 UAE National Brewers Cup and went on to represent the country at the World Brewers Cup, where the UAE placed in the top ten for the first time.
