Panama La Esmeralda Private Collection Geisha is a Geisha variety grown at La Esmeralda and produced by Sogestal Kayanza. The coffee is fully washed and grown at about 1,660 meters. Light roasted, it exhibits a jasmine and lemon aroma with sweet‑sour notes of yuzu and lime and a creamy, honey‑like sweetness with an elegant, lingering aftertaste.

Takamura Coffee Roasters
Takamura began in 2013 as an extension of an established wine importing business. The operation roasts on a Smart Roaster, one of approximately ten in Japan at the time of installation. Head roaster Yuya Iwasaki took first place at the Japan Coffee Roasting Championship in 2018, and the roastery has appeared on Asia's 50 Best Coffee Shops list consecutively since 2019. A second roasting facility opened on Awaji Island in April 2022, featuring a large production roaster. Beans range from deep, clean finishes to light-roasted Geishas and includes Cup of Excellence awarded coffees.
