About This Coffee

A naturally processed highland coffee from the Jiwaka and Western Highlands provinces of Papua New Guinea, grown in the Arufa and Kindeng areas at 1,520–1,770 masl. The blend of Bourbon, Arusha, Blue Mountain, and Mondo Novo varieties is sun-dried whole cherry (natural process), allowing sugars to concentrate during extended slow drying. Medium roast with a medium-full, jammy body and gentle, rounded acidity. Flavor notes include blackberry, plum jam, dried raisins, and cocoa.
